Payment Terms

1. PAYMENT TERMS

1.1 For all bookings, HOH Group Pty Ltd (ABN 58 634 931 945) require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

1.2 If you need to reschedule your booking with us outside of four months from your Event date, the 30% will be credited to you for future use. If you reschedule three months from the Event date, 20% of this deposit will be credited to you. If you reschedule the event within three months from the event date, the deposit is forfeited. 

1.3 All credits must be used within 12 months. No credit is provided to any cancellations of any kind.

1.4 Once your deposit has been paid, we allow for a 10% reduction on your committed spend value, on the goods only. Any additions made to your Booking after the deposit has been paid are also included in this committed spend value. You may increase the value of your Booking, subject to stock availability. 

1.5 By accepting your Quote and paying your Deposit amount, these terms are agreed to.
