When it comes to creating a feast-worthy function, we're all about the Grazing Table. We are extremely passionate about food waste and reducing this where possible. We do this by following a simple rule of thumb, where we guarantee quality over quantity. We use a range of high-quality, locally and sustainably sourced ingredients, served on assorted terrazzo stone, with rustic timber serving ware and light weight gauze to bring added elements of texture into the table. We pride ourselves on creating not only a photo-worthy table of delicious produce, but a table that is proudly curated to be devoured in it’s entirety, with minimal waste. |
Our philosophy is simple. Start with quality, and the rest is easy. We take pride in ensuring that we source locally, sustainably grown produce where possible. Using soft cheese from the Adelaide Hills in South Australia, Cremeux Provincial Camembert, Truffle Brie topped with local Honeycomb from Greer’s Bees, along with a range of Aged Cheddar & Dutch Spiced Gouda, Truffle Salami, Fennel and Garlic Cassalingo and Mild Sopressa, dried fruit, fresh fruit, nuts & baked artisan sourdough our tables are curated for complete consumption. |
